What is psalm 316?

There is no Psalm 316 in the Hebrew book of Psalms. The book of Psalms only contains 150 psalms.

However, there is a popular internet meme and parody called "Psalm 316" that references the Bible verse John 3:16, which says "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life."

The parody version of Psalm 316 often includes humorous and irreverent lines such as "And yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I shall fear no evil, for I am the meanest son of a bitch in the valley" and "Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies; thou anointest my head with bacon grease; my cup runneth over with Jack Daniels."

It should be noted that these parody versions are not part of any legitimate religious text or scripture.
